The Academic policy in this enviable product named ALLOVER CENTRAL POLYTECHNIC, Ota Ogun State was determined and designed in line with NBTE Syllabi, numerous professional bodies such as the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), etc., as well as federal government policies on education as contained in our detailed Student’s Handbook available to both parents and students.

It is therefore, a Private Polytechnic set up to produce leaders through thorough teachings and blanket researches in the following courses: Business Admin, Accountancy, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Electronic, Statistics, Estate Mgt, Urban & Regional Planning approved as academic programes of the polytechnic by NBTE to date.

Gentlemen and Ladies, I welcome you to Allover Central Polytechnic, Sango Ota, Ogun State, the first Private Polytechnic in Ogun State, Nigeria. The Polytechnic was established and approved by the Federal Ministry of Education through NBTE in line with provisions of Education and minimum standard act of 1993 as amended, to provide qualitative education at tertiary level. I hereby stand to ignite the core virtues of professional integrity and academic excellence, which is the motto of the polytechnic. It is also established to train students to be Professional, Prolific, Proficient, Productive and provide job opportunity for others. This is referred to as the five “P’s” of Allover Central Polytechnic, which lays emphasis on Entrepreneurship Development of our students. Most importantly, therefore, the Polytechnic is out to re-generate the core values of educational system as exemplified in the philosophy and institutional objectives of Polytechnics across the country.

On behalf of our governing council, principal officers, Academic and non-academic staff of the polytechnic who equally share similar inspiration and technically incline goals for advancement of education in Nigeria and Africa in general, I welcome you all to this citadel of learning where students are trained to be leaders of tomorrow through entrepreneurship development.
